Job description
This Immigration Attorney is primarily responsible for the effective management of personal injury cases from inception through close of case.
Immigration Attorney Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies
- Prepare and draft motions and legal documents on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on business and legal transactions
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
- Handle Immigration bond hearings, deportation removals, green card, citizenship, deferred inspections, and appeals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in immigration law
- Familiarity with various legal documents and criminal proceedings including diversion program, and pre-trial intervention
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- US Law License in good standing
